Which documents do I need to apply for the Work Permit?

11 Document Required

Application Form.
Certified Copies of Passport (Person Data Page).
Motivation letter stating among other things the reasons why a Namibian or Namibian Service Provider Cannot be Hired For The Job.
Proof that the Post or Services Were Advertised in Local Newspapers (Attach List of Unsuccessful Shortlisted Namibian Candidates Or Service Providers).
A Non-refundable N$ 80.00 Handling Fee is Payable Upon Submission of Each application.
Motivation Letter From Applicant/Inviter/Employer.
Proof of Educational Qualifications.
Proof of Tender/Contract.
Original Police Clearance Certificate From Country of Origin (Applicable for 6 Months Applications Only).
Medical and Radiological Certificates/Reports (Applicable for 6 Months Applications Only).
NB: All Applications For Work Visa Beyond a Period of 6 Months Must Follow the Requirements of Employment Permit.
