 Completed medical report form number 3-1/0003.

Completed radiological report form number 3-1/0004.

Completed deed of surety form number 3-1/0005 signed by bank or employer.

Police clearance certificate from country of origin.

Marriage Certificate (if married) (Divorce letter).

Death Certificate of late spouse (all widows and widowers).

Work references/letter(s) of recommendation.

Proof of financial resources, assets (own income and any other).

Upon approval, applicant will be requested to submit  copy of  approval letter, passport together with original receipt of payment for endorsement of permit.

A non-refundable N$80.00 handling fee is payable upon submission of application.

Pay slip or employment contract demonstrating enough monthly income per the law ($2000USD monthly for the main applicant).

Have a valid travel document i.e. passport.

Travel insurance valid for the period of stay in Namibia.

Certified Copy of passport and /or legal status if in Namibia.

For dependents you also need to show Marriage Certificate and Birth Certificate if applicable.

You might also be required to show proof of tender if it applies.

Have enough money to be self-sufficient during their stay in the country: $2000 for main applicant, $1000 for spouse, and $500 per child.

NB: All Applications For Work Visa Beyond a Period of 6 Months Must Follow the Requirements of Employment Permit.

You need a passport valid for at least 6 months.

You need a job offer/contract from an employer in Namibia.

You need proof of Educational Qualifications.

Upon approval, applicant will be requested to submit copy of approval letter, passport together with original receipt of payment for endorsement of the permit.

A non-refundable handling fee of N$80.00 must be paid upon submission of application (attach original receipt).

You need to enroll in an educational institute in Namibia.

You need sufficient funds to cover stay period.
