You need a job offer/contract from an employer in Paraguay.
You need proof of economic solvency.
You should be of good character.

Which documents do I need to apply for the Work Visa?

11 Document Required

Visa application form.
Original and copies of valid passport.
Birth Certificate, issued by the country of origin or by diplomatic representation of the country of origin in Paraguay.
Certificate of Background of the country of origin, issued by the competent authority of the issuing country, valid nationwide.
Current Certificate of Life and Residence, issued by a Jurisdictional Commission in Paraguay.
Health Certificate, issued by a clinical physician authorized by the Ministry of Health of Paraguay, stating that the applicant is in good physical and mental health and has no infectious-contagious disease.
Deferred Compliance Labor Contract, provided by the employer with certification of signatures before the Public Notary, mentioning the amount to be received.
Certificate of the Unique Taxpayer Registry (RUC), provided by the employer.
Affidavits of the last three months of the employer before the Under Secretary of State for Taxation (SET).
Identity document of the employer.
Company Incorporation Act with stamps of the public records, in which it is verified that the employer has the USE OF THE FIRM of the company (in the case where it is not mentioned in the Constitution Act, attach document in which it is established that he owns the USE OF THE SIGNATURE).
