5 Eligibility Requirements

  • The applicant should have entered the territory of the Republic of Poland on the basis of a visa issued for the purpose of performing a seasonal job or as part of visa-free travel, resulting from an application for a seasonal work permit entered into the application registry.
  • The applicant holds a seasonal work permit or an extension of a seasonal work permit, which is valid for a period exceeding the period of temporary stay specified in the visa or the period of stay as part of visa-free travel.
  • The applicant has a source of regular and stable income.
  • The applicant has a health insurance.
  • The applicant has an accommodation in the territory of the Republic of Poland.

Which documents do I need to apply for the Temporary stay Permit for Seasonal Work?

11 Document Required

  • A visa application form, duly completed.
  • A passport, valid until at least 3 months after the planned departure from Poland Biometric, passport size picture(s).
  • A valid seasonal work permit.
  • Payment proof of visa fee.
  • Proof of travel insurance or international medical insurance.
  • Document confirming the purpose of your stay as on the basis of seasonal work permit.
  • Document confirming the accommodation in the territory of the Republic of Poland.
  • Document confirming the regular and stable income.
  • Certificate of discharge of fiscal obligations due to the Treasury issued by the tax office with jurisdiction over the foreigner's place of residence (if applicable).
  • Information from the country commissioner concerning the results of the labour market test (if applicable).
  • PIT tax form filed with the tax office (if applicable).
