If you wish to settle and purchase a property in the United Arab Emirates, you may apply for a 5-year Property Investor visa.


You must invest at least AED 5 million in property of a designated and approved area by the Government.


Once you have purchased the property you may apply for a residence visa. This visa will be valid for up to 5 years, renewable.

  • You must invest at least AED 5 million in real estate of a designated and approved area by the Government.
  • The amount invested in real estate must not be on loan basis.
  • The property must be retained for at least 3 years.

  • Original and photocopy of passport.
  • Copies of proof of AED 5 million investment in property.
  • Copies of Health Insurance.
  • Copies of Medical Certificate.
  • Original and copies of police Clearance Certificate.
  • 3 passport-size photos.
