Visa application form filled out (preferably in electronic format) and signed by the applicant.

Copies of valid passport (like the bio page, past visas, etc).

An apostilled or legalized certificate of good conduct issued by the competent authority of the countries where you resided for more than one year over the previous three years.

Commitment to tell the truth or Sworn affidavit of their lack of a criminal record in other countries, signed before the consul.

Employment contract signed by the employer and including the registration number of the contracting company with  the National Registry of Petitioners on behalf of Foreign Applicants (RENURE). The signature of the company's representative must be certified by an Argentine Notary Public and the relevant Association of Notaries Public.

You need a passport/travel document valid for at least 6 months.

You must possess the required skill/experience demanded by the job offered.

You need a job offer from an employer in Argentina.

You should be of good character and health.

You need valid travel insurance covering the entire period of stay in Argentina.

PASSPORT. Submit ORIGINAL and a COPY of the 1st page. The passport or travel document must be valid for a minimum of six (6) months from the intended date of entry and have at least two (2) blank pages.

TWO (2) CURRENT PHOTOS: full front view, in color, on a white background, 1 ½ x 1 ½ inches.

Criminal record of the country of origin. The Document must/must be endorsed by the Argentine consular authority or with the apostille of the Hague Convention or endorsed by the consular authority of the issuing country in Argentina (only valid for Mercosur countries and associated). Required only to foreigners over 16 years of age.

Certificate of address or public service invoice in your name.

Stamp of entry to the country stamped on the travel document.

You must prove to the National Directorate of Migration the origin of the funds and their entry into the country, through banking or financial institutions authorized by the Central Bank of the Argentine Republic.

All documentation issued abroad must have the legalization of the Argentine Consulate, located in the country issuing the document, or Apostillada, if the country has ratified the Hague Convention.

Documentation issued by consular representations in the national territory must have the legalization of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, International Trade and Worship, except MERCOSUR.

VISA INTERVIEW. All visa applicants are requested to appear in person for an interview with a consular officer.

You must also prove that the amount of income you receive is sufficient to meet your maintenance and that of your primary family group. For the purposes of granting residence, the provisions of Law No. 25,246, on Cover-up and Laundering of Assets of Criminal Origin, will be taken into account.

In order to be able to access a temporary residence as a rentier, the minimum amount required is $1800 USD per person.

Applicant must have health and accident insurance that covers hospitalisation and repatriation costs for the entire length of the intended stay.

Applicant must not be accompanied by children and family members.

Applicant intention must be the holiday, with work being a secondary intention.

Original and copies of letter of confirmation or enrollment from the university/college in Argentina.

Copies of health insurance covering the period of entire stay in Argentina.

Copies of proof of sufficient funds to cover stay and study expenses in Argentina.

You must to be accepted/enrolled in a course of an approved university/college in Argentina.

You need sufficient funds to cover your studies or a scholarship which confirms the payment of the tuition fees.

You need a valid travel insurance covering the entire period of your studies in Argentina.
