Clear color copy of the photo and information page of a valid passport. Persons requiring a visa for entry into the Cayman Islands must apply.

Provide a clean Federal criminal record or similar documentation, issued within the past 6 months old, from the last place of residence for more than 6 months. For all countries, this document must be submitted with fingerprint verification.

Coverage for all applicants in your party for a minimum of 30 days upon arrival in the Cayman Islands.

A letter showing proof of employment with an entity outside of the Cayman Islands stating position, length of employment, and annual salary on company letterhead.

A notarized bank reference (a bank reference is a bank manager's written opinion of your credit standing which includes the length of time in which you have been with the bank and the average balance of your accounts).

Persons requiring a visa for entry into the Cayman Islands must apply for it.

Employment with an entity outside of the Cayman Islands.

Make a minimum income of $100,000USD annually ($150,000USD annually if applying with dependents)

Cover Letter:  Please provide a cover letter addressed to the Chief Immigration Officer explaining the grounds for your application and providing any other information that you consider relevant. Your original signature is required.

Provide a certified/notarized copy of picture page of passport. 

Evidence of Health Insurance: Provide details and documentary evidence of adequate health insurance coverage for you and your dependant(s) that is accepted in the Cayman Islands.

Provide a police clearance certificate from your home state or place of the last residence for you and any accompanying dependant(s) who are over the age of 18 years old.

Provide 1 full-face photograph (passport-size) of the applicant and each dependant who is included on the application. 

A medical questionnaire that has been completed by yourselves (Part 1) and your physician(s) (Part 2) of application form.

If you are applying as a  Business Owner, documents of fund administration, brokerage services, investment and fund management services, investment banking, financial trading (including foreign exchange, securities and derivatives), captive insurance or reinsurance management services, reinsurance underwriting, actuarial services, etc. (are required).

If you are applying as a  Employed in a Senior Management capacity, you will provide documents of Proof of Employment in senior management capacity in approved business category and a  a letter from your employer stating how long you have been employed, in what capacity, and your salary.

Provide three written references from persons (not relatives or spouse) who have known you for at least two years. Each reference must be in a sealed envelope, signed across the seal by the referee, with the name of the applicant on the outside. 

Applicant must be, or intend to be, legally and ordinarily resident in the Islands for a minimum of ninety days in each calendar year.

Applicant must own, or propose to own, either directly or indirectly, a minimum of ten percent of the shares in an approved category of business in the Islands through which he has established, or will establish, a substantial business presence in the Islands.

Applicant must be able to prove to the satisfaction of the Chief Immigration Officer that he is or will be employed in a senior management capacity of an approved category of business in the Cayman Islands.
