Location of the student's stay to be provided to the Ministry of Home Affairs, prior to the student's arrival.

Evidence of financial support is to be provided to the Ministry of Home Affairs.

Name and address, telephone, fax numbers, e-mail address of the accredited educational institution should be provided to the Ministry of Home Affairs, prior to the arrival of the student.

You must be accepted in a course of an accredited educational institution of Guyana and the information is to be provided to the Ministry of Home Affairs prior to the arrival of the student.

Address and phone numbers of the student’s intended place while in Guyana are to be provided to the Ministry of Home Affairs, by a registered/accredited Institution.

Student should have a valid passport/travel document.

Approval from the Ministry of Home Affairs regarding the issue of the work permit (as applicable).

Additional documents, if required, will be notified to you by the employer.

You must provide the Sponsor details like name, address, telephone number, email address, fax, to the Ministry of Home Affairs for processing before arrival at Guyana.

Place of employment must be an established business and must be registered and be compliant with NIS and GRA rules/regulations.
