2 passport size photos, background must be white

Copies of valid passport (like the bio page, past visas, etc)

Proof of sufficient means of subsistence, eg. bank statements

Copies of character and health certificate, if applicable

Copies of return travel tickets or enough money to buy one.

 Applicant must be an Australian citizens and holders of a valid Australian passport.

Applicant must be aged between 18 and 30, both inclusive.

Applicant  must not be accompanied by children and family members

Applicant must have sufficient funds for maintenance during the initial period of their stay in Vietnam

Applicant must have comprehensive health insurance in Vietnam

Copies of work experience from previous employers

If you are not a national of your country of residence, please provide proof of your legal residency in this country (e.g. residence permit, etc.)

 Original health certificate (as applicable)

Identity documents like birth certificate, marriage certificate, common law certificate (as applicable)

Proof of clean criminal record from home or residence country 

Copies of employer’s Business certification

You need a passport/travel document valid for at least 12 months

You must possess the required skill/experience demanded by the job offered

You need a job offer from an employer in Vietnam
