If you are not a national of your country of residence, please provide proof of your legal residency in this country (e.g. residence permit, etc.).

Travel document, valid for at least three months after the planned date of return.

Notification document from the public body.

Proof of personal funds to meet needs in France.

To prepare your application, contact your competent embassy or consulate.

Applicant must justify the innovative economic project that will be developed in France.

Applicant project will have to be recognized beforehand by a public body.

Applicant must have sufficient means of subsistence i.e. at least corresponding to the equivalent of the minimum legal wage in France for a full-time worker.

A currently valid passport issued within the last 10 years and valid for at least three months after the visa expiry date

Long-stay visa marked ‘Passeport Talent – X° L313-20’ or VLS-TS marked ‘Passeport Talent’ or currently valid residence permit (as applicable at the time of the residence permit)

Proof of marital status and nationality: Passport (pages covering marital status, validity dates, entry stamps and visas),  Short-form birth certificate showing parentage or copy of full birth certificate., Where applicable, spouse’s residence permit (or passport); copy marriage certificate, or short form birth certificates of children, showing parentage

Proof of address dated within the last three months (or, failing that, certificate of accommodation provided by a private individual or a hotel)

Three recent standardized passport photos

Proof of payment of stamp duty payable upon issue of the permit

Any document demonstrating that the business project to be developed in France is innovative, by virtue of its nature, purpose and duration. 

Documents providing evidence that the project has been recognized by a public body. 

 Evidence of financial means corresponding to the statutory national minimum wage (SMIC), i.e. €17,763.20 approx. 

You must have financial resources at least equal to the French annual minimum wage, €17,981.60 

 You must have an economically innovative startup project that you plan to develop in France

You must be selected by one of the French tech partnered incubators or accelerators

You must obtain the official letter from the incubators, approved by the French administration
