Proof of enrollment indicating duration and nature of studies (does not need to be notarized).

Proof of financial capability to support yourself throughout the duration of your studies.

Proof of having been awarded a scholarship or, in its absence, please provide a copy of health insurance coverage.

Proof of completion of secondary education (high school or equivalent), legalized by the Consulate.

Proof of passing college entrance examination or another type of open selection process recognized by the Ministry of Education (MEC) for undergraduate courses in a higher education institution also recognized by MEC.

Copy of the Public Notice for the selection process (call for applications), which should include the minimum passing grade and the subjects assessed.

Certificate that you have attained the minimum required grade in each subject and that you have been approved in the selection process.

You need to enroll in an educational institute in Brazil.

You needproof of financial capability to support yourself throughout the duration of your studies.

You need proof of completion of secondary education.

Original or Certified copy of Marriage Certificate (if applicable).

Original or Certified copy of Birth Certificate (if applicable).

Articles of incorporation or bylaws of the organization duly registered with the competent body.

Act of nomination, appointment or election of current directors.

Proof of enrolment in the Social Welfare Council, when appropriate, or certificate of qualification as civil society and public interest organization, issued by the Ministry of Justice (where applicable).

Document describing the volunteer service location and the activities to be performed by the foreigner.

Term of responsibility from the organization assuming support to the foreigner during his/her stay in Brazil and for his/her return to his/her country of origin.

Term of responsibility from the sponsoring organization assuming any financial responsibility for medical expenses, for the foreigner and any dependants, if applicable, during the entire stay.

Document attesting to professional experience and qualifications compatible with the activities to be performed.

Proof that the entity is in full and regular operation.

Document appointing the foreigner for the position, properly registered with the competent body.

You need a Proof of enrollment in the Social Welfare Council.

You need professional experience and qualifications compatible with the activities to be performed.

Letter informing the reason for moving to Brazil.

Declaration from institution detailing monthly retirement income.

Declaration from banking institution that applicant can transfer the funds to Brazil.

Proof of retirement issued by official institution.

All non-Brazilian documents must be notarized by the competent authorities in their country of origin, and by the respective Brazilian consulate and then translated by a sworn Brazilian translator in Brazil.

You need a proof of monthly pension income.
