Copy of passport and birth certificate. Marriage certificate and child certificate to be provided (if applicable).

Chest x-ray and medical examination results.

Documents providing evidence of your nominated investment, like bank statements, property evaluation, title deeds, etc. (as applicable).

You must be of good character and health.

You must have evidence to qualify as an investor.

You must have min. NZ $10 million (approx. 6,731,700 USD) funds to invest in New Zealand for 3 years, in acceptable investment category.

You must meet all the criteria till the end of the 3-year investment plan, to be eligible for a permanent residency.
