A written statement of the research institution confirming that the institution commits itself to cover the costs of the scientist's stay in Poland and the costs of execution of a decision obliging the foreigner to return (in case of such situation)

Sufficient financial means to cover living costs in Poland

The applicant must be a scientist by profession

The applicant should have a professional title corresponding to the Polish Master's degree or equivalent, enabling access at least to postgraduate studies

The applicant must have an employment contract explaining the purpose of implementing research project concluded with scientific unit

The applicant should also meet conditions concerning health insurance and sufficient financial measures to cover the stay

A passport, valid until at least 3 months after the planned departure from Poland Biometric, passport size picture(s).

Proof of travel insurance or international medical insurance.

Document confirming the purpose of your stay as on the basis of seasonal work permit.

Document confirming the accommodation in the territory of the Republic of Poland.

Document confirming the regular and stable income.

Certificate of discharge of fiscal obligations due to the Treasury issued by the tax office with jurisdiction over the foreigner's place of residence (if applicable).

Information from the country commissioner concerning the results of the labour market test (if applicable).

PIT tax form filed with the tax office (if applicable).

The applicant should have entered the territory of the Republic of Poland on the basis of a visa issued for the purpose of performing a seasonal job or as part of visa-free travel, resulting from an application for a seasonal work permit entered into the application registry.

The applicant holds a seasonal work permit or an extension of a seasonal work permit, which is valid for a period exceeding the period of temporary stay specified in the visa or the period of stay as part of visa-free travel.

The applicant has a source of regular and stable income.

The applicant has an accommodation in the territory of the Republic of Poland.

A passport, valid until at least three months after the planned departure from Poland.

Secured work permit or declaration of intention by the foreign employer to entrust work to a foreigner.

Documents stating the purpose of your visit and confirming the necessity of a long-term stay.

Document confirming the period of the deployment and amount of remuneration, which should match Polish standards.

Certificate of discharge of fiscal obligations due to the Treasury issued by the tax office with jurisdiction over the foreigner's place of residence.

Information from the country commissioner concerning the results of the labour market test.

PIT (Personal Income Tax) form filed with the tax office.

The applicant must have a work permit issued by your foreign employer or a declaration of intention to entrust work to a foreigner.

 The applicant should have been employed within the same group of companies for at least 12 months prior to the transfer in the case of managers and specialists, and at least 6 months in the case of trainees.

The host company will have to provide evidence that the non-EU national manager or specialist has the professional qualifications and adequate professional experience needed for a given a job/ position, or in the case of trainees an appropriate diploma.

The applicant should have a health insurance.

The applicant must be able to prove sufficient financial means, where the wage should match Polish standards.
