Applicant must justify the innovative economic project that will be developed in France.

Applicant must have sufficient means of subsistence i.e. at least corresponding to the equivalent of the minimum legal wage in France for a full-time worker.

Provide accurate information: you are obliged to prove your identity and provide true information with your application.

Identity documents: you and family members who apply for the visa with you, must provide: colour copies of the pages of your current passport showing photo, personal details, and passport issue and expiry dates. Also provide a national identity card, if you have one proof of change of name (if applicable).

For other relationships: provide a death certificate, divorce or separation documents, or a statutory declaration if anyone in your application has been: widowed divorced permanently separated. Also provide marriage certificates or relationship registrations for you and anyone applying for a visa in your application.

You need to have a current nomination from a state or territory government agency. Fill out Form 1414 Nomination - Business Skills class (306KB PDF). Then: send the form to the state or territory that nominated you the state or territory will fill out the form and send it back include the completed form with your application.

Commitment to your business and investment activity, provide: 1-page summary of your business or investment activities in Australia and 1-page summary of your Australian business intentions in the long-term.

Show us you have followed Australian laws when operating your business: this includes laws about taxation, superannuation and workplace relations, provide: a written declaration stating you have complied with the laws of the Commonwealth, and of the state or territory where your business is located and details of any time you breached the laws of the Commonwealth, and of the state or territory where your business is located.

Business ownership: prove to us that you have owned your main business or main businesses for the 2 years before you apply. Evidence can include: documents proving your purchase of the business; partnership agreements; trust agreements; franchise agreements; documents showing the issue, purchase or transfer of shares; registration with the Australian Securities and Investment Commission (ASIC); historical ASIC company extract.

Management: provide evidence that you have participated in the day-to-day management of the business for the 2 years before you apply. Evidence can include: business contracts; minutes of meetings; business communications (letters, emails); documents you initiated or authorised; independent third-party business references; documents showing your responsibility for strategic management, recruitment, price structure, business profitability or expenditure.

Organisational chart and business activities: provide a 1-page organisational chart for each of your nominated businesses that covers the 2 years before you apply. The chart must show: your position; staff attribution; management reporting lines; functional responsibilities. Also provide: staff rosters (if applicable); trading hours; and a description of activities and practices over a typical trading week.

Turnover: for the 2 years before you apply, provide: the Australian Business Number (ABN) for each business; Business Activity Statements (BAS) for each quarter for each business; evidence from the Australian Taxation Office if you were not required to provide a BAS for any quarter with supporting documents.

Also provide extracts from financial statements for each business, including balance sheet, profit and loss statement and notes to the accounts. Make sure: the statements cover the beginning and end of a 12-month period ending no more than 3 months before you apply; your accountant prepares the statements to Australian Accounting Standards; directors and the accountant sign the statements.

Employees For the 12 months immediately before applying, show us that your business had: at least 2 employees who worked for a total number of hours that was at least the total number of hours that would have been worked by 2 full-time employees. Evidence of employees should include: PAYG summaries; wage books; employee contracts; workers compensation; insurance and superannuation documents. Also prove to us that those employees are Australian citizens, permanent residents, or New Zealand passport holders. Evidence can include: passport; birth certificate; and citizenship certificate.

Net assets: you must provide documents to show your (or you and your partner’s) business and personal assets in Australia.

Cash assets: provide bank statements or term deposit certificates covering the 2 years before you apply. All bank statements must be able to identify the balances held at the beginning and end of the 12 month period covered by your business's financial statements.

Real estate assets: provide: evidence of ownership, such as title deeds; evidence of value, such as a valuation certificate by an accredited property valuer; mortgage statements (if applicable) showing balance of amount owed at the beginning and end of the 12-month period covered by your business's financial statements; the approval letter for the purchase from the Foreign Investment Review Board (FIRB).

Business assets: provide evidence of business ownership and value. You can refer us to evidence you provided for 'Business ownership' above (if applicable).

Personal or business loans: provide: loan agreements and loan statements showing the amount owed at the beginning and end of the 12 month period covered by your business's financial statements.

Stocks and bonds: provide evidence of the stocks or bonds you hold and their value at the beginning and end of the 12 month period covered by your business's financial statements. Evidence can include: share or bond registers; share or fixed interest securities certificates; debentures certificates; transfer certificates; and market value.

Assets held in trust: provide the trust deeds.

Partner documents: If your partner holds a Business Innovation and Investment (Provisional) (subclass 188) visa application as your dependent partner, we do not need evidence of your relationship. If you are including a partner who does not hold a subclass 188 visa as your dependant, we need to see evidence of your partner's relationship with you along with identity and character documents and documents about other relationships. Provide: identity documents and photos; character documents; documents about other relationships (if applicable) and provide either: your current marriage certificate or enough documents to prove you have been in a de facto relationship with your partner for at least 12 months before you apply; Documents that prove your de facto relationship include: joint bank account statements; billing accounts in joint names; joint leases or mortgages; documents that show you have lived at the same address as your partner.

Dependants under 18 documents: for every dependent under 18 years old who is applying with you, must provide: identity documents and photos; proof of your relationship with them, like a birth or marriage certificate; and character documents (if applicable).

Prepare your documents: having all non-English documents translated into English; and scan or photograph all documents (English and non-English) in colour, clear and save it all as one file..

Hold a relevant stream of the subclass 188 visa or in relation to applications for a subclass 888 visa in the Business Innovation stream, hold a relevant stream of the subclass 188 visa, or a subclass 444 (Special Category) visa, or a subclass 457 (Business (Long Stay)) visa granted in certain circumstances.

You can also apply if you are the secondary visa holder of a Business Innovation and Investment (Provisional) visa and your spouse or de facto partner is the primary holder of a Business Innovation and Investment (Provisional) visa in the Business Innovation stream or Business Innovation Extension stream. If your spouse or de facto partner who is the primary visa holder was invited to apply for their original Business Innovation and Investment (Provisional) visa on or after 1 July 2021, you must have held your Business Innovation and Investment (Provisional) visa for at least 3 years.

You must have a current nomination from a state or territory government agency. When you applied for your Business Innovation and Investment (Provisional) visa, you gave us an expression of interest. A state or territory saw your expression of interest and nominated you.

Own and manage a business in Australia: - For the 2 years immediately before you apply, you must have: had, and continue to have, an ownership interest in up to two main businesses in Australia; had a direct and continuous management role in that business or businesses; submitted Business Activity Statements to the Australian Taxation Office; an Australian Business Number for each of your main businesses. - For the 24 months immediately before you apply: you must own at least: 51% of the total value of a business with a turnover of less than AUD400,000 per year; or 30% of the total value of a business with a turnover of AUD400,000 or more per year; or 10% of the total value of a business that is operated by a publicly listed company.

If you bought your main business (or businesses) from a person who applied for or held: a Business Innovation and Investment (Permanent) visa, or a permanent business skills visa (in subclasses 890, 891, 892 or 893). At the time of the acquisition, you must show that you and that person co-owned the business for at least 1 year before you apply.

Your main business or businesses (or the business or businesses of your spouse or de facto partner, or of you and your spouse or de facto partner together), had an annual turnover of at least AUD300,000 in the 12 months immediately before the application was made.

Meet the assets and employees requirement.

You might have to pay an extra charge for any dependent applicant 18 years old or older who has less than functional English. If they can't show that they have at least functional English, they will need to pay the second instalment of the visa application charge when we ask you to. They will not need to pay a second instalment if they have already paid a second instalment of the visa application charge in relation to an application for a Subclass 188 (Business Innovation and Investment (Provisional)) visa.

Not have been involved in unacceptable business activities.

Have a realistic commitment to continuing business activities.

You and any family members who apply for the visa with you must meet our health requirement.

You must file Form I-941, Application for Entrepreneur Parole, with the required fees (including biometric services fees), and supporting documentary evidence in accordance with 8 C.F.R. § 212.19 and the Form I-941 instructions. The filing fee for Form I-941 is US$1,200 and the biometric services fee is US$85.

Filing and obtaining approval of a Form I-941 application under this rule will not, by itself, constitute a grant of parole. If your Form I-941 application is approved, you must visit a U.S. consulate abroad to obtain travel documentation (e.g., a boarding foil) before appearing at a U.S. port of entry for a final parole determination. A Canadian national traveling directly from Canada to a U.S. port of entry may present an approved I-941 at the U.S. port of entry without first obtaining travel documentation.

Spouses, children and employees have different requirements.

Possess a substantial ownership interest in a start-up entity created within the past five years in the United States that has substantial potential for rapid growth and job creation.

Have a central and active role in the start-up entity such that they are well-positioned to substantially assist with the growth and success of the business.

Provide a significant public benefit to the United States based on their role as an entrepreneur of the start-up entity by showing that 
1. The start-up entity has received a significant investment of capital from certain qualified U.S. investors with established records of successful investments;
2. The start-up entity has received significant awards or grants for economic development, research and development, or job creation (or other types of grants or awards typically given to start-up entities) from federal, state, or local government entities that regularly provide such awards or grants to start-up entities; or,
3. They partially meet either or both of the previous two requirements and provide additional reliable and compelling evidence of the start-up entity’s substantial potential for rapid growth and job creation.

You must confirm in the application form that you meet fit and proper person requirements.

You must be able to demonstrate a high standard of English.

You must have access to th.e equivalent of NZ$36,000 to support yourself and your family for the first year in New Zealand.

You must have been accepted into the Edmund Hillary Fellowship to apply for a Global Impact Work Visa.

If you were selected on the basis of an investor profile you must provide evidence that investment funds and/or assets were earned legally.

You can only apply for a Global Impact Work Visa once you have been selected by the Edmund Hillary Fellowship.

You must remain on the Edmund Hillary Fellowship for 30 months before applying for permanent residence. To be eligible for residence, you must maintain the support of the Edmund Hillary Fellowship.

You cannot include a partner or dependent children in your work visa application, but they can apply for visas based on their relationship to you. They will need to meet residence health and character criteria.

A copy of your identity document: You will need to submit a copy of your travel document issued by your country of citizenship. The identification documents accepted by the Estonian Police and Border Guard Board are passports or European Union identity cards. Note, when you pick up your e-Residency digital ID card, you must bring the same travel document you used for the application. If the document you used on the application expires before picking up your e-Residency card, you must bring a renewed, valid copy of your travel document and, if possible, also the document used in your application.

Digital photo: The application requires you to provide a passport-style photo of your face in colour. A photo must be no older than six months. You can take the photo at home using a digital camera, but make sure you follow instructions and requirements for the document photo. 

Motivation statement: Write an explanation as to why you are applying for e-Residency.

CV: You will also need to provide information about your education and work experience.

Credit card: You will need a credit card to pay the state fee for application processing. Accepted card types are VISA and MasterCard.

If you are also going to work as an employee: Provide UDI's Offer of Employment Form, filling the details of this employment and the duration.

If you want a representative to follow up your application in UDI on your behalf: Provide Power of Attorney form.

If you want to start your work while your permit application is being processed, provide a letter of request mentioning this.

You must have plans to engage in long-term business activities in Norway.

The business concerned must normally be your own sole proprietorship and it cannot be a limited company (working anywhere else is not allowed).

The work you will be doing in the business must require your qualifications as a skilled worker.

Your business must have the business income of at least NOK 242,966 per year pre-tax. 

If the type of business you will be running requires permits from public authorities, you must hold such a permit or a confirmation from the authority that you will be granted such a permit. 

You must have education/ qualification according to nature of the job offered, a completed vocational training programme of at least three years at upper secondary school level, or completed education or degree from a university/ university college or special qualifications that you have obtained through long work experience, if relevant in combination with courses, etc.

You must be undertaking, or proposing to undertake, a complying entrepreneur activity in Australia. You must have a genuine intention to continue this activity.

You must have one or more legally enforceable agreements to receive funding with a total of at least 200,000 AUD (approx. 145,456 USD). You and your family members must have a clean criminal record.

If you or any family members owe the Australian Government money, you or they must have paid it back or arranged to pay it back.

You might not be eligible for this visa if you have had a visa cancelled or refused while you were in Australia.

A document confirming the entry into the pertinent business register, list or record.

Proof of funds like bank account statement with your name as account holder with an amount minimum of  101.000 CZK.

A document similar to an extract from the Penal Register record, issued by the state of which you are a citizen, as well as the states in which, in the last 3 years, you have resided continuously for a period longer than 6 months. A document proving the fulfilment of conditions set out in the measure of Ministry of Health on prevention of the spread of infectious illnesses (if requested).

Proof of medical insurance (when requested).

You must prove sufficient funds (min of  101,000 CZK).

You must have an accommodation in Czech Republic to stay during the course of visa.

You must be able to prove your purpose of stay in documentation.

Submit photocopies of All appropriate birth, marriage, divorce, proof of separation, and/or death certificates for yourself and your spouse, National Identity Card/Certificate or Cedula (where applicable).

Submit photocopies of Each child’s birth certificate (which includes the names of his/her parents), Adoption papers, Proof of custody for children under the age of 19.

If you have close relatives in Manitoba, submit photocopies of Documents showing relationship such as birth or marriage certificates of the close relative in Canada (showing the names of common parents).

Submit photocopies of Curriculum vitae (or resume); summarizing your business experience, work experience and educational qualifications.

Submit Notarized photocopies of Labour / Employment contracts, if applicable and Organizational chart for the enterprise(s) the principal applicant has worked with, indicating his/her place on the chart and the number of employees in each enterprise.

Submit complete report of Personal Net Worth Statement or Financial Information.

Business Experience: Applicant must have minimum of three years of full time work experience in the past five years either as an active business owner or working in a senior management role of a successful business. Business owners are given higher points in comparison to senior managers. Business owners must have at least 33 1/3% ownership to qualify for points.

Official Languages Proficiency: Applicant must have Minimum CLB/NCLC 5 in approved IRCC language. 

Education: Applicant must have Minimum Canadian high school certificate equivalent.

Age: No minimum or maximum age; however, ranking points are allocated to candidates 25 to 49 years of age.

Business Investment: Applicant must have Minimum investment is $250,000 for businesses situated in the Manitoba Capital Region. Or $150,000 if a business is situated outside of the Manitoba Capital Region.

The proposed business must create or maintain at least one job for a Canadian Citizen or a Permanent Resident in Manitoba (excluding owners of the business and/or their close relatives).

Business Research Visit: A Business Plan is required and is an integral part of the application.

Adaptability: Points will be allocated if Applicant or accompanying spouse, common law partner has CLB/NCLC 5 or higher,  have a close relative currently residing in Manitoba for more than one year, have completed a program of full-time study for at least one year at a post-secondary institution in Manitoba. OR have completed at least six months of continuous full time employment in Manitoba.

Applicant must have personal net worth of  Minimum of $500,000.

Business Performance Agreement: After an application is approved, a Business Performance Agreement (BPA) must be signed prior to the MPNP issuing you a letter of support for applying for a work permit.
